Chocolate Brownie

150g dark chocolate
125g butter
1cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup walnuts

Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Melt butter and chocolate over simmering water. Add sugar and stir until well mixed.
Remove from heat, add eggs, sifted flour and walnuts.
Pour into greased tin. Bake at 180℃ for 30mins.
Remove and cool in tin before tuning out, then cut into squares.
